Brazilian rupicolous species with thick pseudobulbs and wide leaves. By far the largest plant size of any of the rock-dwelling group. This species produces tall spikes of 2 ½” chrome-yellow flowers … a dozen or more per spike. These plants like to be grown in as small of a pot as possible in a well-drained media and will produce robust growth for rupicolous laelias.
